AI Pioneers (“we”, “us”) operates the website ai-pioneers.io. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and store personal data when you visit our site, sign up for our newsletter, or submit a project to the AI Pioneers Showcase.

3. Hosting and storage

We use Supabase to host our database and project image storage. All submitted project data — including titles, descriptions, prompts, images, links, and author details — is stored in Supabase. Supabase also handles authentication when you sign in with a magic link to submit or manage a project.

4. Project submissions

When you submit a project to the showcase, we collect the information you provide in the submission form. This includes your name, email address, optional company and LinkedIn profile, project details, uploaded images, and links.

Your email address is used for authentication and administrative communication only. It is never displayed publicly on the showcase.

5. Consent and documentation

Before a project is published, you must confirm two required consents: that your project may be published publicly on ai-pioneers.io, and that your submission contains no confidential or third-party personal data.

We document your consent together with the exact timestamp of submission and the consent text version (currently “v1”). This record allows us to demonstrate that consent was given before publication.

6. How we use your data

We use your data to display approved projects, manage submissions, communicate with you about your project, and improve the program. We do not sell personal data. Publicly visible project pages show only the information you chose to publish; anonymous submissions hide your name and company.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your project or any personal information we hold about you, email us at contact@ai-pioneers.io with the project title and the email address you used to submit it. We will process your request as quickly as possible and remove the relevant data from our Supabase database and storage bucket.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page, and significant changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
